A two-in-one sleep bag in our Whale Tide theme. Use it as a swaddle for the newborn weeks, then take the wings off and it becomes a sleeveless sleeping bag with arms free. 1 TOG, best in rooms 20–24°C.

  • Detachable wings: wrap them across the chest from birth; take them off at the first signs of rolling.
  • Sleeping-bag mode: without the wings it's a sleeveless bag with a fitted neck, up to 6 months.
  • Two-way zip with zip guard: quick nappy changes, no scratches.
  • Grows with baby: the bottom tab unsnaps for extra room.
  • Supima® cotton: a soft 50s fine knit, with a light DuPont™ Sorona® filling in the wings only.

Stop swaddling with arms in at the first signs of rolling or by about 3 months, whichever comes first: take the wings off and use it as a sleeveless sleeping bag.

Two ways to use

Swaddle first, sleeping bag next

  1. shoulders

    From birth

    Swaddle mode

    Wrap the soft wings across your baby's chest for the newborn weeks. Keep the wings below the shoulders and the face clear.

  2. At the first signs of rolling

    Sleeping-bag mode

    Take the wings off. Now it's a sleeveless 1 TOG sleeping bag with a fitted neck and arms free, up to 6 months.

Stop swaddling with arms in as soon as your baby shows signs of rolling, or by about 3 months, whichever comes first. Australian safe-sleep guidance (Red Nose) recommends a sleeping bag with arms out from then on.
